Welcome to Originé. By using originegifts.com and placing an order with us, you agree to the following terms.

All sales are final

Because our tumblers, apparel, and gifts are personalized and made to order, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds, except in the case of a damaged or incorrect order as described in our Refund Policy.

Orders and payment

We accept major credit cards along with Shop Pay, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. Prices are shown in Canadian dollars unless otherwise noted. All orders are subject to availability and acceptance. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order.

Custom, corporate, and bulk orders

Custom, corporate, event, and bulk orders begin production once artwork and order details have been approved. Once approved and in production, these orders cannot be cancelled or refunded.

Shipping

Our items are made to order and processing times apply as described in our Shipping Policy. We are not responsible for carrier delays once an order has shipped. International customers may be responsible for customs duties and import fees.

Intellectual property

All content on this site, including images, text, logos, artwork, and product descriptions, is the property of Originé and may not be used without our written permission. Artwork and designs created for custom or corporate orders remain the property of Originé unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Canada. Your continued use of our website and any purchases you make constitute acceptance of these terms, including any future changes.
